




Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to handle administrative tasks for the Barnahus service in Terrassa, focused on the care of child and adolescent victims. Highlights: 1. Scheduling and organization of appointments, documentation, and meetings. 2. Telephone support and reception of visitors. 3. Database management and report preparation. The Barnahus service is looking for an administrative assistant to take responsibility for administrative tasks at its delegation located in Terrassa. The Barnahus service aims to provide integrated treatment and recovery—under one roof—for child and adolescent victims of abusive situations, in accordance with the European guidelines of the Promise Network. \- Management and organization of the director’s and technical team’s schedules. \- Management of documentation and case files archives. \- Management and organization of physical space and meetings. \- Telephone support. Reception management and welcoming of visitors to the service. \- Management of the service’s database (CRM), the SÍNIA application, and preparation of monthly reports. * Experience: 2 years. Two years’ experience in administrative tasks. * Vocational training qualification (FP) at intermediate level \- Administration. * Spanish (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate). * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate). * Competencies / knowledge: \- Advanced office software skills: Excel and databases. \- Spoken and written Catalan and Spanish. \- Discretion, empathy, flexibility, strong communication skills, initiative, organizational ability. \- Teamwork. \- Possession of an intermediate-level qualification in the administrative field or equivalent. * Permanent employment contract. * Full-time position. * Gross monthly salary: 1500. * Additional relevant information: \- Weekly working hours: 38. \- Work schedule distributed across 5 mornings and 2 afternoons.
