We seek an organized, solution-oriented individual eager to integrate into a dynamic team. This position offers stability throughout the entire replacement period and a collaborative working environment. **Working Hours** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:30 * Friday: Reduced hours until 14:00 **Contract** * **Temporary, subsequently converted to maternity leave replacement.** **Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in **Business Central** * Fluent use of Microsoft Office. * Prior experience in similar administrative roles **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in document management, invoicing, or customer service. * Strong organizational and autonomous working abilities. * Proactivity and good communication skills. * Dynamism, efficiency, and responsiveness **Responsibilities and Duties** * Data entry into the Deferred program (hours, workdays, projects, remuneration). * Coordination with HR regarding employee onboarding and offboarding, contracts. * Management of CVs received by the Unit. * Registration of orders, delivery notes, and invoices; cost control. * Issuing invoices, monitoring certifications, managing pending invoicing, and collections. * Managing contracted portfolio. * Managing client portals and administrative documentation (permits, certifications, accreditations). * Monthly tracking of project allocations (vehicles, mobile phones, Solred cards). * Sourcing production resources (machinery, site cabins, etc.). * Managing current account, cash handling, and forwarding documents to the Administration and Finance Department. * Monthly machinery tracking and allocation. * Physical document management. * Telephone support and office supply ordering. * Travel organization and booking (airline, hotel, train). * Fleet vehicle management.
