




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for general administrative tasks, order management, and price analysis, ensuring operational traceability in Les Borges Blanques. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive order management and deadline tracking. 2. Price analysis and delivery note management. 3. Proactivity, communication skills, and teamwork are valued. We are looking for a person to perform general administrative tasks in Les Borges Blanques. Responsibilities will include creating orders within the company's ERP system. They will also be responsible for tracking these orders to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines agreed upon with suppliers. The position involves analyzing prices of products and services handled, as well as managing the check\-in of delivery notes. Maintaining operational traceability is required. The contract is full-time, with a weekly commitment of 40 hours from Monday to Friday. Work will be performed on a rotating shift schedule, respecting legally mandated rest periods. * Experience as an Administrative Assistant performing tasks similar to those offered. * We seek an active, communicative, responsible individual with strong teamwork capabilities. * Living near the workplace is advantageous. Fluency in both Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written. * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management. \- Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance.
