




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform administrative tasks, including managing documentation, invoicing, and tracking payments and collections. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional to carry out administrative tasks in Alcalá de Henares. Main responsibilities will include managing all documentation, handling both incoming and outgoing invoicing, and conducting detailed tracking of pending payments and collections. Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite is mandatory, along with solid accounting knowledge. Academic training related to administration will be considered a plus. A minimum of five years’ prior professional experience in similar positions is essential. A temporary contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours will be Monday through Friday, mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The gross salary will be €993, paid in 14 installments. Having a personal vehicle will be considered an advantage.
