Main responsibilities will include comprehensive document management as well as coordination of various business activities. The role will also involve insurance processing, preparation and monitoring of dashboards, and efficient management of suppliers and procurement. These tasks are essential for the daily smooth operation of the position. This is a full-time position, requiring 40 working hours per week. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, morning shift, from 08:30 to 16:30, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions. * We seek a responsible person with strong communication skills. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Vocational Training Certificate in Administrative Management.
