




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative professional with experience in accounting to support daily tasks, document management, invoicing, and recording of accounting transactions. Problem-solving ability, organized and autonomous We require an administrative professional with accounting experience to support daily administrative and accounting tasks within a department. Main responsibilities include managing all documentation, invoicing, and recording of accounting transactions. The role also involves entering and reviewing data in the company's ERP system, as well as providing support for reconciliations and other activities specific to the accounting area. Collaboration with the team to ensure efficient information flow will be highly valued. This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday during morning hours, between 07:00 and 15:00, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar tasks. * We seek a problem-solving, organized individual capable of working autonomously. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Fluency in both Spanish and Catalan, both spoken and written. * Education in Administration and Finance \- ERP system proficiency. \- Experience with Business Central, Navision or SAP is advantageous
