We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Environmental Department of a recycling-sector company, responsible for environmental documentation and regulatory compliance.

**Description:**

Through Temporal Quality, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Environmental Department of a major recycling-sector company located in Sant Feliu de Buixalleu.
Main responsibilities include:
* Management, control, and archiving of environmental documentation in accordance with requirements set by the Catalan Waste Agency (ARC).
* Processing of Waste Tracking and Control Documents (DCS) and Identification Documents.
* Administrative management of waste transfers according to Royal Decree 553/2020\.
* Data entry, maintenance, and updating within the SDR platform (Waste Documentation System).
* Waste coding and classification according to the European Waste List (EWL).
* Processing of Prior Transfer Notifications (NPT).
* Support in preparing and submitting the Annual Waste Declaration (DAR).
* Monitoring legal deadlines, administrative requirements, and regulatory compliance obligations.
* Support during environmental audits and implementation/maintenance of environmental management systems (ISO 14001 and EMAS).
* Coordination with clients, carriers, and public administrations to ensure proper waste management.
**Working Hours**
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM–5:45 PM (including a one-hour lunch break); Friday: intensive shift from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
**Salary**
* Based on experience provided.
**Start Date**
* Immediate start via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), followed by permanent employment with the client company.
**Requirements:**

* Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration and Finance, Environmental Management, or related field (specific training in Catalan environmental regulations will be valued).
* Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in administrative roles.
* Advanced office software skills, especially Excel (mandatory).
* Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
* Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace.
