Responsibilities: * Ensure proper management and compliance of client billing: issuance, control, review, and delivery to assigned clients; collect necessary information for invoice calculation. * Prepare and send pre-billing documents to relevant stakeholders to anticipate billing deadlines. * Coordinate with various members of the Administration Department. Requirements: * At least one year of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to multitask while meeting deadlines.
