Collaboration in internal organization and preparation of budgets. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for an automotive workshop in Madrid. Responsibilities include administrative management of the workshop: delivery notes, opening and closing work orders, invoicing, and repair tracking. You will also attend to customers at the reception, coordinate appointments, provide advice and information, and support internal organization, appointment scheduling, and budget preparation together with the workshop manager. Required qualifications: Compulsory secondary education (ESO), at least three years of relevant experience, valid driving license category B, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and prior experience in workshops, dealerships, or the automotive sector — the latter being highly desirable. We offer an indefinite-term contract, full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, a gross monthly salary of 1\.500 euros, and immediate incorporation.
