We are looking for an **Administrative and Management Manager** to become a key piece of digitaldot’s operational machinery. You will be responsible for maintaining the company’s financial and administrative health, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities: **Financial and Administrative Management:** * Invoice generation, issuance, and control for clients * Comprehensive collections management and overdue payment tracking (including recovery procedures) * Processing and control of payments to suppliers * Monitoring and analysis of operational costs * Development of the corporate dashboard **Project and Grant Management:** * Management of grants and subsidies (e.g., Kit Digital and similar programs) * Preparation of business plans and feasibility studies * Market analysis and development of strategic reports * Project planning, monitoring, and coordination **Operations and HR:** * Coordination and supervision of maintenance services * Human Resources management: hiring, recruitment, and personnel administration * Communication management (incoming/outgoing calls) * Coordination of administrative activities: meetings, events, correspondence **Strategic Support:** * Provision of key information and analysis for decision-making * Preparation and presentation of detailed reports to senior management * Continuous optimization of administrative processes Requirements: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent qualification * **Minimum experience:** 1 year in a similar role * **Technical skills:** * Proficiency in office software (advanced Excel) * Experience with enterprise management software (Odoo knowledge is a plus) * Knowledge of invoicing, basic accounting, and taxation * **Management skills:** Ability to recover overdue payments and negotiate with suppliers * **Soft skills:** Proactivity, organizational ability, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Highly desirable: * Familiarity with **Odoo** (ERP system) * **English** at upper-intermediate level or higher (B2 or above) * Experience managing public grants and subsidies * Knowledge of strategic planning and business plan development Position type: Full-time, permanent contract Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Summer reduced working hours * Reduced working hours on Fridays * Option for permanent contract * Training program Education: * Higher Vocational Training (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
