We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience in the real estate sector, accounting, and community management to join our team. Main Responsibilities: \* Administrative management of real estate operations. \* Administrative management of property owner communities. \* Control and management of administrative accounting. \* Customer service and follow-up for property owners, tenants, and suppliers. \* Document, contract, and file management. \* Coordination with various departments to ensure efficient management. Candidate Profile: \* More than 3 years of administrative experience in the real estate sector. \* More than 3 years of experience or solid knowledge in accounting. \* Extensive expertise in managing property owner communities. \* Organized, solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills. \* Proficiency in office software and management systems. Working Hours: \* April to October: 9:00–17:00 (continuous shift). \* November to March: 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00\. Conditions: \* Salary: between €1\.500 and €2\.200, depending on experience and profile. \* Job stability. Are you interested?
