




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administration Manager with English proficiency to supervise and control the administrative and accounting processes of a food industry company. Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are searching for our client an **Administration Manager** with **English** proficiency for their headquarters located in the Cartagena area. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervision and control of the company’s administrative and accounting processes. * Treasury management, collection and payment control, bank reconciliations. * Preparation of **financial reports** and periodic reporting to management. * Coordination of invoicing, procurement, and supplier administration. * Control and supervision of **tax and commercial documentation**. * Coordination of external advisory services: tax and commercial. * Proposal and implementation of improvements to administrative processes. * Filing and submission of **taxes**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or Economics. * **Minimum 3 years’ professional experience** in a related environment, demonstrating progressive growth in responsibilities and technical skills. * **Advanced-level English language proficiency**, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. * Advanced proficiency in office software tools, especially **Microsoft Excel**, including the ability to use complex functions, pivot tables, and data analysis. * Experience with ERP systems will be considered a strong advantage, as it contributes to efficiency in resource and business process management. **What does the company offer?** * Joining a solid project with development prospects. * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Working hours: 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00. * Salary range: €40,000–€45,000 gross per annum.
