This role is essential for daily operations, ensuring all information is properly organized and readily consultable. The individual will administer policies and claims, ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations. They will also provide customer support, responding to inquiries and delivering solutions. Daily tasks include handling both physical and digital documents, including classification and archiving. Proficiency in office software—particularly Excel—is essential, as it will be used for data analysis and report generation. Additional administrative tasks supporting smooth departmental operations will also be performed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with training in administration and insurance who wish to advance professionally. Prior experience in similar roles and familiarity with the insurance sector will be valued. A vocational qualification is required, preferably a Medium-Level Vocational Training Degree in Administration or equivalent.
