The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers and mechanics, managing spare parts requests, and ensuring fast, efficient, and professional service both in person and via email. ️ Main Responsibilities Assist customers in person, provide advice, and schedule workshop appointments. Process mechanic requests by searching for and ordering necessary parts. Handle inquiries and orders via email and phone. Check spare parts availability, place supplier orders, and follow up on deliveries. Resolve basic technical questions and offer alternatives when needed. Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements Customer service experience (preferably in the automotive sector or similar). Knowledge of spare parts or strong interest in learning in this field. Proficiency in email, computer tools, and management systems. Problem-solving skills, well-organized, and customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a team and under high-demand situations.
