Responsibilities \- Management of public procurement and application of the applicable legal framework. * Review of technical specifications and drafting of administrative clauses. * Evaluation of proposals; collection and analysis of documentation related to European Funds financing. * Preparation of legal and economic reports. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience globally, including at least 1 year specifically in public procurement. * Demonstrated experience in administrative law, particularly in public procurement procedures. * Knowledge of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan is desirable. * Familiarity with specific software for electronic tendering and electronic processing of procurement files is desirable. * A Master’s degree or specialized training in public procurement and/or a Master’s degree qualifying for admission to the Bar is advantageous. * Years of experience in the role: \<\= 2 years. * Academic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration; Master’s degree in Law or Economics; Degree in Business Administration (ADE). \- Software proficiency: MS Word \- Expert, MS Excel \- Expert.
