Well, better let him tell you that part when you meet. **What will you learn?** -------------------- You'll become part of one of our teams, diving straight into real daily tasks (no just watching). This program is designed so you can experience a complete professional journey: you'll learn by doing, with guidance, training, and constant support from your team, in a collaborative environment where *"good vibes"* are never missing. Your main responsibilities will be: * Training in the best practices and methodologies we use at Cívica. * Integrating into a development team, starting with internal projects to consolidate what you've learned and gain fluency in our environment. **What do we need from you?** ---------------------------------- We're looking for people who come with a good attitude, good energy, and a desire to learn. If you're able to sign an internship agreement in a development department, even better. And additionally, we'll be *living* if you have knowledge in... ️ Backend Development (Java/.Net). ️ Frontend Development (Angular/React). Plus points: ️ You know or have worked with Liferay. ️ You're familiar with development best practices (testing, clean code, SOLID principles). ️ You have basic knowledge of software design (DDD). ️ You've used clean architectures (hexagonal).
