At ONCE, we are seeking a Project Management Technician for an indefinite-term position within our Technical Directorate of Systems and Information Technologies, under the General Directorate in Madrid. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Support in managing projects related to the development and implementation of IT solutions. * Collaborate in coordinating external vendors and monitoring their work. * Provide support in tracking and resolving incidents related to implemented solutions. * Participate in initiatives involving HR-related solutions. * You will participate in projects with high social impact and in designing solutions that contribute to the digital inclusion of people with visual impairments. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU? (Requirements)** **EDUCATION:** * University bachelor’s degree in technical fields or disciplines related to human resource management (e.g., computer science, telecommunications, Business Administration and Management, labor relations, or similar). **SPECIFIC TRAINING:** * SAP certification in Human Resources (mandatory requirement), with specific knowledge of payroll modules. **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum two years’ initial experience in human resources, technology, or project participation. **OTHER KNOWLEDGE:** * Advanced computer skills. * Intermediate-to-advanced level of English. **COMPETENCIES:** * Strong motivation for learning and development in technical areas. * Analytical ability and capacity to resolve incidents. * Proactivity and initiative. * Teamwork skills and effective communication. **WHAT ELSE DO WE VALUE?
