Prior AI experience is not mandatory; however, strong technical expertise is essential, along with the willingness to learn from a top-tier team of architects. You will engage not only in a strategic AI-driven Software Development Transformation project—aimed at redefining the entire software lifecycle through advanced automation, generative AI, traceability, and development governance—but also in a personal transformation journey that enhances your technical expertise with AI knowledge and capabilities. The selected candidate will participate in defining and implementing a new AI-based software engineering model capable of improving productivity, quality, knowledge reuse, and regulatory compliance in highly regulated environments. You will contribute to a project focused on: * Defining and evolving AI-supported software development models. * Designing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) transformation processes. * Collaborating with senior architects, methodology leads, development teams, and the client’s technology leadership. * Integrating GenAI capabilities into requirements management, architecture, development, testing, and maintenance. * Designing end-to-end traceability models linking requirements, design, code, and tests. * Defining agent architectures, RAG, and LLM-based solutions. * Designing AI governance and control frameworks for regulated environments. * Leading Spec-Driven Development (SDD) initiatives and AI-assisted development methodologies. * Integrating AI capabilities with enterprise tools such as DOORS, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and CI/CD ecosystems. * Developing organizational adoption and deployment roadmaps. * Defining KPIs for productivity, quality, regulatory compliance, and traceability. * Participating in change management, knowledge transfer, and team training activities. **Requirements** Mandatory Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a specialization in computing, or an equivalent technical qualification—or demonstrable professional experience of equivalent scope. * Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, including participation in projects or services covering the full SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and operating in highly regulated industrial environments or those with stringent traceability requirements. * Extensive hands-on technical experience with Node.js and advanced CLI tools, including creation of global and distributed npm packages, as well as TypeScript, Node executable environments (Node.js API, Commander.js, Yargs, Ink for interactive terminal UI). * Software Engineering: software architecture, UML, requirements engineering, requirements traceability, component-oriented design. * High level of English proficiency (C1 preferred, minimum B2). * Soft Skills: results orientation, analytical ability, complex problem-solving, collaborative teamwork, continuous learning mindset, capability to facilitate organizational change processes, and innovative thinking.
