At Inizio Clinic, we are looking for a physiotherapist to begin afternoon appointments starting in January in Sanchinarro—a young neighborhood with private patients who value individualized care. We would like you to grow professionally with us and, if desired, progress toward a full-time schedule. We seek someone with at least two years of experience in private clinical practice, possessing an approachable manner, strong communication skills, and a calm, responsible approach to physiotherapy. We want a professional who enjoys working independently, exercising sound clinical judgment, and continuing their development within a caring, well-organized environment focused on high-quality patient care. We offer an employment contract with continuous working hours, initially between 25 and 30 hours per week, predominantly in the afternoons. The salary exceeds the applicable collective agreement and includes incentives based on patient volume. Additionally, there is a genuine opportunity for internal promotion and increased working hours as demand grows and mutual fit proves favorable.
