DESCRIPTION At AVOS Tech, we are looking for a SQL Database Integration and Management Specialist to design, evolve, and maintain integrations between corporate systems, based on CRA’s SQL database. You will join a multidisciplinary technology team focused on data quality, operational stability, and continuous improvement of production solutions. This role combines technical design, integration process development, database administration, and coordination with various system owners. Location: Madrid, Spain Work Mode: Hybrid Contract Type: Permanent Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience Key Responsibilities * Design integrations between corporate and external systems, defining clear, scalable data flows aligned with business needs. * Build and test integration processes based on SQL, ETL, APIs, or messaging systems to ensure reliable information exchange. * Define the technical architecture of integrations, proposing evolution or replacement of existing solutions when necessary. * Coordinate requirement gathering with system owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of processes, data, and dependencies. * Develop and implement required code and procedures to connect CRA’s management software with other corporate platforms. * Administer databases associated with integrations, optimizing queries, indexes, performance, capacity, and monitoring. * Resolve technical incidents related to integration processes, data quality, availability, or solution performance. * Document architecture, technical designs, data flows, and operational procedures to facilitate maintenance, traceability, and service continuity. REQUIREMENTS Requirements * Proven experience with SQL language and database administration. * Solid knowledge of system integration projects using ETL processes, APIs, messaging systems, or other data exchange mechanisms. * Experience defining data technical architectures, input/output information flows, and application-to-application integration models. * Ability to optimize queries, manage indexes, monitor performance, and ensure database environment stability. * Experience in corrective and evolutionary maintenance of production integrations. * Knowledge of data management best practices: quality, traceability, monitoring, backup, and recovery. * Strong analytical skills, incident resolution capability, and process improvement orientation. * Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
