Hello!
The AGEDEM team is currently seeking **Social Work** professionals with **coordination responsibilities**, to join our association supporting people with multiple sclerosis, located in Getafe (Southern Madrid).
**Offered**
* Permanent contract
* Salary according to the collective agreement for centers and services assisting persons with disabilities.
* 25 working hours per week.
* Morning schedule, Monday to Friday, 09:00 \- 14:00.
Immediate incorporation.

**Responsibilities**
* Coordination of the team and workplace to ensure its proper daily operation.
* **IMPORTANT: Design, monitoring, justification, and evaluation of projects (grants and aid)**
* Basic administrative tasks
* Welcoming members and providing social care
* Participating alongside the multidisciplinary team in evaluating and monitoring the recovery or assistance process of center users
* Management of the Information and Guidance Service
**Profile:**
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Social Work
* **Experience in public and private grants**
* Autonomy and prior experience in a similar position
* Capacity for innovation and willingness to contribute ideas that improve patient treatment and center management
* Leadership skills
* Person-centered care perspective
