We at **Oxigent Technologies** are seeking **a Technical Assistance Manager** to participate in a railway electrification project located in **Granada and surrounding areas.** **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Responsible for leading technical assistance on a railway construction project. * Will serve as Unit Manager, acting as the primary point of contact and coordination. * Will supervise that the project progresses correctly in terms of planning, quality, and contractual compliance. * Will monitor project progress, production, and works executed by the contractor. * Will coordinate the technical assistance team assigned to the project. * Will review work progress and identify potential deviations or incidents. * Must adapt to project requirements, which may include occasional availability for night shifts, weekends, or holidays. **What qualifications do you need for this role?** * Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering degree (officially recognized in Spain). * University qualification at MECES Level 3 or EQF Level 7. * Possession of one of these qualifications is required. * Over 10 years of experience in railway construction projects. * Experience in execution, supervision, or control of railway construction projects. * Over 5 years of experience as Unit Manager in projects. * Prior experience specifically in railway electrification projects is highly desirable. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term employment contract via Oxigent. * Salary commensurate with your experience. **(between €55,000 – €57,000)** * On-site working model. * Training vouchers to support your professional development in areas of greatest interest to you. * Private health insurance. * Flexible compensation applicable to health insurance, meals, transportation, childcare, and training. * Access to gyms and sports activities across Spain via a dedicated app, with discounts. * And many other benefits!
