**Key Responsibilities**
* Onboard receipt of incidents and direct contact with site managers.
* Registration of quality alerts (Y1) in SAP Quality Management system (QM module), closing them once the drawing implementation is correct and complete.
* Querying Windchill to check the status of information.
* Monitoring daily project requirements.
* Monitoring the actual construction status of each vessel.
* Updating process/system status.
* Client meetings (liaison between production and engineering).
* Preparing reports and management plans based on the above points.

**Work Experience**
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/ JOB SUMMARY**
* Handling various SAP transactions for material management and tracking (locations, purchase orders, delivery dates, etc.).
* MANAGEMENT OF MANUFACTURING AND ASSEMBLY INCIDENTS (Y7\): verifying HVAC, piping, and structural fabrication and assembly at various construction stages (pre-assembly, blocks, and dry dock); if applicable, transferring incidents to engineering in SAP with full incident details and proposed solutions; if not applicable, notifying auxiliary industry for correction.
* MANAGEMENT OF MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT INCIDENTS (Y1\): verifying received materials; if applicable, transferring incidents to procurement in SAP for supplier claims.
* GRAPHIC AND DOCUMENTARY SUPPORT IN PRODUCTION, providing onboard supervisors with information and 3D views of assembly components and their surroundings to support work sequence planning, production–engineering coordination, and production–auxiliary industry coordination.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**REQUIRED/DESIRED COMPETENCIES \& SKILLS**
* Proficiency in SAP (PP, PM, and QM modules).
* Proficiency in Windchill.
* Knowledge of Construction Strategy.
* Knowledge of Manufacturing Orders.
* Knowledge of integrated shipbuilding.
**REQUIRED/DESIRED PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
* Experience in the naval sector.
* Proficiency in Windchill.
* Proficiency in SAP.
* Experience in Production Engineering.
**REQUIRED/DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE**
* Bachelor’s degree or Technical Vocational Training qualification (FP).
* Years of experience: minimum 2.
**REQUIRED/DESIRED IT SYSTEMS \& SOFTWARE SKILLS**
