Optimization of routes to reduce costs and time A company located in the Pla de l'Estany region is seeking a Traffic Agent / Transport Coordinator to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising transport operations, ensuring efficient resource management, compliance with delivery deadlines, and smooth communication among drivers, clients, and other personnel involved in the service. \- Plan and assign routes to drivers. \- Organize loading, unloading, and schedules. \- Maintain continuous contact with drivers during their shifts. \- Resolve incidents (breakdowns, delays, route changes, client issues, etc.). \- Monitor vehicles via GPS or management systems. \- Coordinate with clients, warehouses, logistics operators, and suppliers. \- Optimize routes to reduce costs and time. \- Ensure compliance with transport regulations (driving and rest times, documentation, etc.). \- Manage transport documentation (CMR, delivery notes, loading orders, etc., depending on transport type). \- Inform clients about shipment status when required. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar tasks * Spanish (Advanced spoken and written) * Catalan (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Office software * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information: Salary: EUR 28,000\-30,000 gross per annum; Working hours: Rotating schedule — one week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the next week from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Start date: 15/06/2026 (start date is indicative)
