With our alarm systems monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we work daily to anticipate risks and provide rapid, effective responses when they matter most. **What Will Be Your Role?** ---------------------- As a Security Operator, you will play a key role within our Control Center, serving as one of the first response lines for alarm or incident situations. You will be responsible for receiving, managing, and verifying alarm signals from our customers—directly contributing to ensuring their safety. In addition, you will participate in incident coordination and supervision of critical services, working with advanced technological tools and collaborating with various security agents. If you are motivated by working in a dynamic environment with high responsibility—and where every decision counts—this is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally within an industry-leading company. **Shift Rotation:** 8-hour shifts (7/3 \- 7/4\), rotating (morning, afternoon, night). **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** ---------------------------------------- * Receiving and verifying alarm signals—including sequential and video alarms—at the control center, maintaining accurate records of each incident. * Transmitting and centralizing alarms, communicating effectively with operational centers and intervention units of national security forces and corps. * Performing remote video surveillance, monitoring video-monitored access points, conducting virtual patrols, and preparing detailed process reports for large facilities and installations. * Proactively coordinating and communicating with security personnel at monitored sites, ensuring efficient and effective responses to any situation. * Operational control of all security services. * Resolving incidents with specialized expertise, following the Private Security Law and client-established procedures. **What Profile Do We Need?** ---------------------------- Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent academic qualification. A valid Security Guard license (TIP) is mandatory. Prior experience in telephone customer service, demonstrating effective communication skills and user orientation. A criminal record certificate will be required. Experience viewing CCTV camera feeds will be valued. Proactive, solution-oriented, dynamic individuals accustomed to teamwork in high-activity environments.
