For the installation, configuration, programming, commissioning, and after-sales technical support of all types of multidisciplinary and heterogeneous projects. A 360-degree vision of technology and services is required, along with the ability to act as an integrator, identifying synergies and compatibilities (and incompatibilities) among different products, systems, and solutions, which implies, among other things, understanding communication protocols and the adjustment and programming of all products. This would apply to videoconferencing rooms, training rooms, meeting rooms, auditoriums, agoras, public venues, home cinemas, multi-room systems, entire buildings, complete homes, large boats, etc. The candidate will need to coordinate projects with the commercial department, technical service, financial and administrative department, suppliers, and clients and their representatives. In short, this role involves being a project manager who also has the capability to personally carry out all necessary technical tasks, thereby leading the technical aspect in every respect. Knowledge of brands, products, and solutions in the Premium segment, such as Lutron, Crestron, Sony, NEC/Sharp, Samsung, LG, HikVision, Dahua, Maxhub, Barco, Shure, Sennheiser, AKG, QSC, Bose Pro, JBL, Crown, Bang & Olufsen, Sonus Faber, Wilson Audio, Bowers & Wilkins, Focal, Klipsch, McIntosh, Krell, Naim, Marantz, TCL, Hisense, etc. (or similar).
