We want each person to be themselves and feel truly authentic. **What’s the job about?** As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the comprehensive management of the hotel's communication and promotion, covering social media, graphic design, web content, campaigns, events, public relations, and audiovisual production, ensuring alignment with brand identity and a results-driven approach. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of the hotel and its restaurant's social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Tripadvisor, Google My Business): planning, content creation, publishing, and performance tracking. * Design of graphic materials (collaterals, internal signage, digital and offline creatives) aligned with brand identity. * Management and updating of web content, ensuring visual and narrative consistency. * Writing and sending newsletters with a creative and conversion-focused approach. * Support in organizing events and activations, coordinating with the hotel’s operational teams. * Managing and hosting press and journalists during visits, ensuring an experience aligned with brand standards. * Audiovisual content production: identifying photography and video needs, coordinating photo and video shoots, and supervising deliverables with external vendors. **What we expect from you** * Minimum 3\-4 years of experience in marketing (preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or a creative agency). * Proven experience managing social media and online communities directly. * Proficiency in graphic design tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and knowledge of AI applied to design and marketing. * Portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality in design and communication projects. * English level C1 or higher (essential). * Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, empathetic, team-oriented, and passionate about service. **What you can expect from us** * Discounted international hotel rates within the IHG network. * Opportunities for professional growth within one of the largest hotel companies. * Training programs and access to IHG's learning platform. * Meals provided during shifts. * Kimpton Benefits: our employee-exclusive discount platform. * A cool work environment and lots of fun ??.
