At Grupo Galera, we seek a Marketing Manager to lead the group's marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and support business objectives through strategic, digital, and offline initiatives. **Responsibilities** · Design and execute the group’s annual marketing plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy. · Manage and develop Grupo Galera’s brand identity and that of its business lines. · Analyze the market, competition, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. · Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to assess needs, define objectives, and jointly plan marketing and advertising activities, ensuring alignment with Grupo Galera’s overall strategy. · Manage social media accounts across all business units—from content creation to scheduled publishing per the defined editorial calendar. · Update website content for each business unit. · Manage Google Ads and Social Ads campaigns across all business units. · Manage SEO (organic search engine optimization) campaigns for the websites of all business units. · Manage Google Business profiles to support local visibility of business units. · Coordinate marketing initiatives with the sales team and other internal departments. · Manage the group’s customer loyalty program. · Measure and analyze results (KPIs), produce reports, and propose continuous improvements. · Manage external marketing and advertising vendors (agencies, designers, photographers, media outlets, printers, etc.). · Manage marketing and communications collaboration agreements with entities sponsored by Grupo Galera. · Support the launch of new group products or services. **Required Knowledge** · Strategic and operational marketing expertise. · Ability to create and edit videos for social media—developing engaging, platform-specific audiovisual content aimed at maximizing reach, engagement, and brand positioning. · Proficiency in social media management and editorial calendar development. · Knowledge of graphic design as applied to social media. · Expertise in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. · Knowledge of SEO (organic search engine optimization). · WordPress proficiency for updating website content. · Basic proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Search Console. · Marketing data and metrics analysis (KPIs, ROI, conversion funnel).
