Do you have experience in the **Maintenance area? This is your opportunity — we are looking for a **Maintenance Technician for our CY Itaroa! Reporting to the Maintenance Department, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company procedures, distributing and coordinating pending tasks to ensure the proper operation and preservation of equipment and facilities. Your **main responsibilities** will include: * Monitoring the correct execution of installation work at the cinema: (electrical, mechanical, etc.). * Planning and estimating time and materials required to perform maintenance and repair tasks. * Recording progress of maintenance and repairs carried out at the assigned cinema. * Conducting inspections of facilities to detect faults and recommend appropriate repairs. * Planning, coordinating, and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical equipment and systems. * Tracking full compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance provided by corporate suppliers (service contracts). * Identifying faults, difficulties, and/or problems arising during task execution and determining the best solution. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Completed Higher Vocational Degree in Electricity. **Experience:** * 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, especially in plumbing and pressure systems.
