As a Maintenance Technician, you will assist the Maintenance Manager in daily activities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and inspection of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, guaranteeing compliance with all applicable regulations. What will you do? Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily tasks and supervise preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities. Carry out all corrective maintenance activities promptly and efficiently. Support the Maintenance Manager in organizing maintenance-related tasks and activities carried out by external suppliers at the hotel, and coordinate these activities with all involved departments. Collaborate in monitoring and controlling energy consumption and maintenance costs, e.g., water and electricity. Assist in setting up meeting rooms (audiovisual equipment, lighting, etc.). Resolve guest issues and problems promptly and appropriately. ### **Requirements** Assist in implementing safety measures and supervise the availability of necessary permits. What are we looking for? At least 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or service-sector environment of similar size and complexity. Vocational training (electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, and related fields). Proficiency in the local language is essential; knowledge of English is highly desirable. Knowledge of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical and electronic systems. Practical knowledge of various computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Organized and proactive. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
