Job Summary: We are looking for a goods receptionist with logistics experience to support documentation, management, and tracking tasks, aiming for automation and industrialization. To achieve this, the talent of our teams is our most essential pillar. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?** Reporting to the OLA Manager, you will be responsible for supporting documentation tasks, report/dashboard creation, contractual follow-up, and order tracking arising from store opening planning and provisioning processes, warehouse operational processes, machinery park management, waste management, and general expense management — all with an emphasis on automation and industrialization. **YOU ARE A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM!** Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring proper service to internal customers and sales teams. Ensuring execution of goods inbound and outbound processes. Controlling quantity and quality of received items. Complying with safety regulations. Contributing to cost management by controlling known and unknown losses, and collaborating in the proper preservation of company assets. Loading/unloading using forklifts and receiving goods via radiofrequency. Collaborating with your team within the framework of company values. Participating in warehouse and company life. **WHAT IS OUR IDEAL PROFILE?** Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a goods receptionist within a logistics structure or similar role. Experience interacting with transport companies, managing delivery notes, and maintaining daily control over received goods. Experience operating machinery (forklifts, stackers, and reach trucks) and using radiofrequency systems. Valid driver’s license.
