The SWING Program combines practical training with the **Master's in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics** offered by Universidad Camilo José Cela, fully funded by Endesa. * ️ The intern will join the **Dispatching \& Services** department, gaining insight into the operation and maintenance activities of electrical grids, participating in modernization, digitalization, and supply quality improvement projects — always under the guidance of a mentor and within a learning environment.
