Hit play! **What do we expect from you?** Technically, it’s essential that you have: * Experience creating **B2B inbound content** (ideally within the SaaS ecosystem). * Knowledge of **SEO strategies** (on\-page and basic off\-page). * Ability to write conversion-focused content adapted to the funnel. * Experience with **CMS** (such as WordPress). * Ability to use **AI** to adapt different content for **different markets** (languages and cultures). * Experience creating **webinars** using specialized tools. * Proficiency with **HubSpot** (or another CRM) for content creation and implementation. * Strong **writing skills** and ability to adapt tone across channels (blogs, emails, ads, etc.). * Ability to **measure results and optimize** content based on metrics. * Capacity to work autonomously, proactively, and collaboratively. * Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams. And you’ll shine ✨if you also have: * Knowledge of link building, guest blogging, and digital PR strategies. * Experience defining copy for Paid campaigns. * Familiarity with tools such as Looker Studio, SEMrush… * Understanding of marketing automation workflows and advanced segmentation. * Prior experience in scale\-ups or fast-paced environments. * Advanced English proficiency or experience creating multilingual/localized content. **What will you do at Sesame?** **Content Production and Planning** * Create inbound content aligned with business goals and the buyer journey (blogs, ebooks, whitepapers, webinars, newsletters, etc.). * Plan and maintain editorial calendars across formats and channels. * Ensure content integration across funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). * Coordinate with design, video, translation, and other teams for content execution. **Optimization and Distribution** * Write and optimize content for landing pages, emails, video scripts, ads, and more. * Edit and publish content on CMS platforms such as WordPress. * Create ad copy for paid campaigns (banners, social media ads, Google Ads). * Oversee content for organic channels (website, blog, social media, email) and paid channels (Paid Media). * Prepare briefs for visual and audiovisual production. **Analysis and Continuous Improvement** * Be proficient with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Looker Studio. * Analyze traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI to optimize content. * Propose data-driven improvements. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** * Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Product, Customer Success, and Translation teams. * Adapt content for diverse audiences, markets, and languages. **Why is working at Sesame HR so special?** * **Flexible Schedule :** Adjust your working hours to suit your needs.
