FOOD SERVICE MANAGER – B2B CATERING CHANNEL Location: Madrid (on-site) Contract type: Indefinite \| 40 hours per week Start date: September 2026 ABOUT THE PROJECT Artisanal bakery brand with international presence and its own production facility in Madrid. All products are made fresh daily: artisanal bread, pastries, viennoiserie, sandwiches, and prepared meals. We are seeking a candidate to build our B2B catering channel — hotels, corporate clients, catering operators, and institutional accounts — from scratch, based in Madrid, with a vision for subsequent expansion to other cities. RESPONSIBILITIES * Identify, acquire, and retain clients in the catering channel: hotels, corporate clients, catering service providers, and institutional accounts * Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing * Collaborate with the Marketing team to define channel strategy and product development * Coordinate with Production and Logistics to ensure customer service with fresh products * Define and monitor channel KPIs: product mix, volume, profitability per account * Direct reporting to the Country Manager REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the Food & Beverage, catering, or hospitality sector * Active network of contacts within hotels, corporate clients, or catering operators in Spain * Proven track record of opening new accounts or developing commercial channels * Results-oriented mindset and goal-driven work habits * Analytical capability: management of KPIs and business metrics * Advanced English (B2–C1) — mandatory * Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable building from scratch and working autonomously WHAT WE OFFER * Indefinite contract, full-time (40h), based in Madrid * Salary: €42,000 – €48,000 gross annual * Performance-based variable compensation tied to channel sales targets * Meal voucher + Company car * High-growth project: if the model proves successful in Madrid, the selected candidate will lead the channel’s expansion into other cities Salary: €42,000.00–€48,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
