Position Summary: We are seeking an E-Commerce Fashion Stylist responsible for preparing and styling garments for photo sessions, ensuring impeccable presentation, and collaborating with teams to guarantee process efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in fashion styling for e-commerce, magazines, or image production. 2. Collaboration with photography, production, and content teams. 3. At TENDAM, a textile-fashion company comprising the brands: Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, women´secret, Springfield, Hoss Intropia, SlowLove, Dash and Stars, HI\&BYE, OOTO, Fifty, we are looking for an experienced **STYLIST** with at least 1\-2 years of experience in fashion for our E\-Commerce department. You will maintain constant contact with Fashion Market trends. We continuously renew trends and adapt to them to offer our customers what they seek and remain up-to-date. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing and styling garments, footwear, and accessories for e-commerce photo sessions in various formats: model shots and still-life setups. * Ensuring each product is presented impeccably, attractively, and faithfully reflecting its design, fit, and intended use. * Managing placement, steaming, pinning, volume, and finishing of each item to achieve a clean, commercial image. * Interpreting each brand’s style guides and applying them consistently. * Collaborating closely with photography, production, sample room, retouching, and content teams to ensure process efficiency. * Preparing rapid product and look changes during sessions to maintain operational efficiency. * Verifying that garments and accessories are correctly referenced and complete prior to shooting. * Identifying fitting errors, labeling issues, sample condition problems, or inappropriate product combinations, and reporting them promptly. * Contributing to the creation and maintenance of visual manuals and presentation criteria by category or brand. * Participating in organizing wardrobe, accessories, and styling materials in the studio. **We offer:** Immediate incorporation. Indefinite-term contract. Flexible full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, entry between 7:30\-9:30 a.m., exit between 5:00\-7:00 p.m.; Friday is an intensive day maintained year-round, with entry between 7:30\-9:30 a.m. and exit between 1:00\-3:00 p.m. Employee discount across TENDAM’s own brands (Cortefiel, Pedro del Hierro, women´secret, Springfield, Hoss Intropia, SlowLove, Dash and Stars, HI\&BYE, OOTO). Our offices are located in Madrid city center, Metro Line 10, Begoña station, exit Colonia Virgen de Begoña. . * Studies in styling or fashion design. * Prior experience in e\-commerce, fashion magazines, or image production. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a stylist in fashion companies. * Must reside in Madrid. * Organized individual accustomed to handling high workloads.
