**What are we looking for?**

We seek recent graduates or final-year students in **Business Administration and Management, Actuarial Science, or Economics**, who demonstrate **initiative**, strong **teamwork skills**, and **innovation**, and above all, possess abundant ***Good New Energy***. What do we mean by this? Having a strong **desire to learn** and apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during their studies.
Additionally, the following are required:
* High level of English (B2\-C1)
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Availability for immediate incorporation
* A Master’s degree in Risk Management is valued
**What will you do?**

Provide support to the Corporate Risk area in identifying, measuring, and monitoring risks, thereby contributing to appropriate reporting to governance bodies and to the development of cross-functional risk management initiatives. During your internship, you will learn how to:
* Support risk identification and assessment processes, both financial and non-financial.
* Collaborate in developing and updating risk maps and impact quantification exercises.
* Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and analyze their evolution.
* Support preparation of information and reports for the relevant Committee and other internal forums.
* Participate in cross-functional company initiatives where the Risk area contributes analyses, maps, or metrics.
* Support documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of risk methodologies.
