Punta Grande** located in **Spain\-ARRECIFE\-CR LOS MARMOLES S/N (LANZAROTE)**! **Who You’ll Work With** The Control Room is part of the Remote Operation Control Room Iberia unit, which aims to achieve multitechnology interoperability and operates 24 x 7 x 365 days per year. From this control room, various assigned power generation units are operated at any given time. Additionally, from the control room, electrical evacuation substations can be operated, as well as switching operations enabling safe execution of maintenance tasks and/or safely taking installations out of service. This control room’s primary function is fleet generation operation in accordance with current procedures, always safeguarding personnel and facility safety, respecting established environmental criteria, and operating efficiently. Similarly, the control room team will collaborate in detecting faults in operated facilities using information and data from integrated generation plants within the control system, reporting incidents and anomalies to the O\&M team, and generating value-added information from real-time recorded data—aimed at early anomaly and inefficiency detection in plants and processes, under optimal efficiency conditions. **What You’ll Do** In this role, you will support the team in the following activities: Interoperability of generation assets assigned to each control room. Real-time monitoring of assigned electric power generation facilities and electrical infrastructure. Performing switching operations in electrical substations. Collecting, analyzing, and tracking real-time operational data. Responding to real-time alarms from generation plants and evacuation infrastructure, always acting according to established procedures and striving to maximize portfolio production. Preparing reports based on plant operational data. Reporting incidents occurring in telecontrol chain systems. Reporting unavailability of generation assets assigned to each control room. Where applicable, responding in real time to switching operations requested due to environmental requirements. Using office and operational tools. **What Is Required?** **Minimum Requirements** for this position are: **Required Qualification:** Higher Technical Vocational Training Cycle (FP II) in ELECTRICITY, ELECTRONICS, ENERGY or equivalent **Required Professional Experience:** >1 year in power plant and substation operation **Required Soft Skills**: Change Management. Complex Problem Solving. Communication. Customer Orientation. Results Orientation. Collaboration. **Language:** Spanish\-Advanced **Knowledge**: Substations and HV/MV networks Control systems, SCADAs, and telecontrol chain components involved in electric power generation plant operation.
