Main responsibilities include managing communication systems and networks to ensure real-time transmission of orders and data to field teams. The role also involves providing logistical and administrative support, recording incident details, and collecting data for subsequent analysis. Another key task is activating and coordinating resources, establishing contact with surveillance teams and external emergency services. Additionally, the operator will handle emergency calls, receiving alerts regarding fires, accidents, rescues, or civil protection incidents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable; knowledge of SCADA systems is optional. Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to efficiently manage a high volume of work are essential.
