Communication and Participation Technician Position Profile Are you passionate about communication and participation? We need someone who can communicate effectively, mobilize stakeholders, listen attentively, and transform information into real, measurable participation. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating communication and participation strategies aimed at fostering engagement, dialogue, and community within international projects. Main Responsibilities Communication * Design and implementation of communication plans. * Content writing for websites, newsletters, social media, and dissemination materials. * Comprehensive management of websites and social media platforms. * Development of digital awareness-raising and audience activation campaigns. * Production and coordination of graphic and audiovisual materials. * Monitoring of communication metrics and indicators. * Preparation of results reports. Participation * Design and facilitation of participatory processes. * Facilitation of workshops, meetings, and dialogue spaces. * Engagement and activation of in-person and digital communities. * Mobilization of agents, groups, and citizens. * Development of surveys and consultation tools. * Analysis of results and preparation of reports. * Support in participatory decision-making processes. * Evaluation of participation impact. Requirements * University degree in Communication, Journalism, Social Sciences, or related field. * Minimum English proficiency level B2. * At least two years’ experience in communication and participation. * Knowledge of web management, social media, online surveys, and data analysis. * Proficiency in office software (MS365).
