Management of difficult situations and emotional self-regulation **Job Offer** **Civic Agent for Municipal Public Space Management** **Offer Description:** **Job Title:** Civic Agent in Municipal Public Spaces. **Contract Type:** Temporary Contract **Weekly Working Hours:** 18 hours per week. Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM (specific days to be confirmed) **Workplace:** Sant Adrià del Besòs **Salary:** According to the Social Action and Citizenship Collective Agreement (Category Group III – Technical Staff). **Start Date:** June **Purpose of the Position:** To promote civic awareness and coexistence in municipal public spaces. **Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Preventive and awareness-raising actions related to coexistence and civic behaviour. * Promotion of civic conduct. * Engagement with citizens in public spaces. * Implementation of initiatives to foster coexistence. * Coordination with service managers. * Cross-cutting work and coordination with other municipal conflict operators. **Required Qualifications:** Group III qualification in the field of social intervention; e.g., social integration specialist, social worker, social educator or equivalent. **Personal Characteristics:** A person with strong communication, social, and negotiation skills. Experience in community work and municipal public space management will be valued. Creativity. Ability to manage difficult situations and regulate one’s own emotions.
