




**Department:** Administration and Finance **Reports to:** Financial Manager / General Management **Position Mission** Manage and oversee the administrative, accounting, and financial tasks of the production company, ensuring accurate recording of transactions, compliance with payment deadlines, supplier relations, and general administrative support to the production and management teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Review monthly and quarterly accounting closings. * Record incoming invoices using the **Holded** software. * Monitor payments and prepare bank payment batches. * Manage invoice due dates and cash flow forecasting. * Handle supplier inquiries and follow-ups (requesting documentation, resolving issues, account reconciliations). * Assist in preparing documentation for audits or tax filings. * Provide administrative support for other departmental tasks (filing, reports, internal expense tracking). **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (administration/accounting in audiovisual, advertising, or related sectors). * Advanced proficiency in **Holded** or other accounting/ERP software. * Knowledge of accounting principles and cash flow management. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience in audiovisual production or advertising companies. * Basic knowledge of taxation (VAT, IRPF, withholding taxes). * Intermediate level in Excel or spreadsheet software.
