Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) trainer committed to workplace safety, to train workers and companies and promote a preventive culture. Key Highlights: 1. Your objective will be to train and raise awareness among workers and business owners, managing and delivering high-quality, approachable, and efficient training. How will you generate impact day-to-day? * Deliver and Tutor: You will provide and inform on PRL—both generally for business owners and specifically by job role for workers. You will deliver and tutor training activities in any modality (in-person, online, etc.). * Manage and Coordinate: You will coordinate the monitoring and control of training activities according to the preventive plan. You will collaborate on territorial needs assessments and updating the training catalog. You will manage training databases and classrooms, coordinating documentation updates. * Support and Assist: You will assist learners and technical staff on Moodle platforms and manage enrollments. You will issue reports, certificates, and diplomas, and handle training-related complaints. You will support information/training activities and collaborate on commercial management and R\+D\+i projects. Requirements This role is for you if... * You hold an Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) qualification (Vocational Training, Higher Level) (this is mandatory!). * Your vocation is your compass: You are passionate about teaching and raising awareness regarding the importance of occupational health and safety. * You are proactive and solution-oriented: You can organize training, manage platforms, and adapt to various delivery modalities. * Purpose drives you: You see your work as a real opportunity to improve people’s lives. * You enjoy mobility and hold a valid driver’s license to deliver training wherever needed. * Prior training-of-trainers experience, prior FMF / FLC accreditation, and certification as forklift or platform operator are valued. * Knowledge to deliver theoretical training across various sectors (office, industry, construction, etc.) Offer At Vítaly, we care for our team so they can care for our clients.
