We are currently seeking a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** whose mission will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end recruitment processes for complex and hard\-to\-fill profiles, with a strong focus on direct search, proactive sourcing, and cold candidate outreach. This role is fully dedicated to recruitment and plays a key role in attracting and engaging high\-quality talent in a competitive market.. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage **end\-to\-end** recruitment **processes** for operational and technical profiles (Refrigeration Technician, HVAC technicians, field roles), as well as corporate positions, processes for mid\-level and senior profiles across different functions. * Execute intensive **direct search** and **headhunting** strategies in highly competitive labor markets. * Perform active sourcing and direct search using LinkedIn, databases, networks, and other sourcing channels. * Conduct cold outreach to candidates and generate interest in the company and its projects. * Lead recruitment processes requiring **market mapping**, **talent research**, and **competitive analysis**. * Screen CVs, conduct first\-round interviews, and assess candidate suitability. * Drive recruitment processes where very few active candidates exist, requiring **persistence and creativity**. * Actively engage and “sell” job opportunities to passive candidates. * Conduct screening interviews and assess technical and behavioral fit. * **Partner closely with hiring managers** to understand hiring needs and define realistic recruitment strategies. * Maintain and manage recruitment pipelines using **ATS**. * Ensure a **high\-quality candidate experience** throughout the entire recruitment process. * Track and **report recruitment activity**, pipeline status, and process effectiveness. * Continuously improving **sourcing methods** and recruitment processes. * Ensure a structured and professional candidate experience, even in high\-volume or hard\-to\-fill processes. ###### **Job Requirements** * **3–5 years of experience** as an in\-house recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or agency recruiter. * Proven experience in **direct search** and **headhunting**, especially for complex or difficult profiles. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. * Demonstrated success recruiting scarce technical, **blue\-collar** or specialized profiles. * Experience managing difficult recruitment processes with low candidate availability. * Experience working with an ATS. ###### **Required Education and Qualifications** * A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Law Degree, Business Administration, or a related field. * Master’s degree in human resources. * **Advanced English** level (B2–C1\) for professional communication.
