Join this journey, blend it with technology, and help us empower our greatest human capital. **What will be your responsibilities?** ---------------------------------------- As part of our Talent team, you will play a key role in strengthening our people strategy across Spain and Portugal. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business, combining full-cycle hiring expertise with a strong focus on stakeholder partnership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. A key element of this role is supporting the rollout of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and helping embed a new, scalable way of working that leverages AI to improve quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience. In this position, you will: * Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for both retail and head office teams. * Partner closely with hiring managers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the process. * Support and drive adoption of the new ATS, ensuring high-quality usage, compliance, and consistent reporting across teams. * Interpret data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth. * Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to internal and external communication channels. * Continuously optimize recruitment processes, bringing creativity and innovation to every step. * Participate in projects and initiatives that elevate our Talent Acquisition function. **Bring out the best in you** ----------------------- What we are looking for * Higher education in HR or a related field. * Fluency in English is essential. * 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail and/or high-volume, fast-paced environments. * Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. * Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting recruitment data and translating it into action. * Interest and/or experience in ATS implementation. * High professionalism, empathy and service mindset.
