Then our Talent Acquisition team, responsible for Recruiting and Sourcing, wants to hear from you! We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department for a 6\-months part\-time internship, where you can put into practice everything you are learning in your degree or master. You will be providing hands\-on support to help drive our international Talent Acquisition, working closely with our internal and external partners, such as universities and collaborating in our recruiting processes. **What You Will Do** -------------------- * Assist in Talent Acquisition processes and support ongoing recruitment projects * Collaborate across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding * Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support to the TA team * Help maintain recruitment data and documentation in internal systems * Participate in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives **What You Bring** ------------------ * be pursuing a university degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations, communications or a master's degree in HR * first experience in Recruiting or HR will be valuable * ability to work in a fast\-paced environment with very good time management, communication and organization skills * proactive and creative mindset with an ability to work in a team as well as autonomously * fluent verbal and written English.
