At Novo Nordisk Spain, we are looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager who will take ownership of end‑to‑end projects, combining operational excellence, financial oversight and stakeholder collaboration to continuously improve our supply chain performance. **Your new role** As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering strategic and operational supply chain projects, contributing to scalable and efficient supply chain solutions. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in full compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: * Leading the planning, coordination and execution of supply chain projects, including defining timelines, milestones and resource needs * Driving innovation, lean thinking and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain processes * Managing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial risk mitigation * Building strong relationships with internal functions, external partners vendors, distributors and consultants – facilitating regular meetings and discussions to ensure project alignment and engagement. * Ensuring GDP compliance across the distribution chain and alignment with Novo Nordisk practices. **Your new department** You will join the Supply Chain organisation at Novo Nordisk Spain, working cross‑functionally with colleagues in multiple departments such as Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance \& Operations, Marketing and regional stakeholders in the region. The department plays a critical role in ensuring reliable product supply while continuously improving efficiency, sustainability and compliance across the value chain. **Your skills and qualifications** To succeed in this role, we expect that you bring: * A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field; Additional curses or trainings in Project Management are and advantage * Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry * Digital and LEAN mindset, with the ability to identify efficiency opportunities, implement automation solutions and collaborate closely with IT and other functions to optimise end‑to‑end processes. * Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis * Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) You also bring proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate effectively at all organisational levels combined with a structured, analytical and proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation **Working at Novo Nordisk** Every day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
