Job Summary: The Structural Specialist Site Technician will be responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of structural works, primarily prefabricated and steel structures. They will conduct periodic site inspections to ensure compliance with project documentation, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. Additionally, they will identify and report any deviations or incidents during execution, proposing solutions and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and control the execution of foundation and structural works, especially prefabricated and steel structures. * Conduct periodic site inspections, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Identify and report any deviations or issues arising during works execution, proposing solutions and corrective actions. * Coordinate and supervise construction teams’ work, ensuring proper implementation of established methods and procedures. * Participate in follow-up and coordination meetings with the Senior Construction Manager and other Project Management team members. * Document and record work progress, generating periodic reports. Requirements: * Academic Qualifications: University degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Architecture, or equivalent. * Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar projects to those outlined herein.
