He/She manages a Team of Marketing Managers and Marketing Coordinators. He/She also develops marketing strategies, manages budgets and promotional activities and communicates with clients. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage your own congresses' marketing activities; * Manage Marketing Coordinators/ Senior Marketing Coordinators and Marketing Managers; * Be the one point of contact for congresses' marketing needs; * Develop the congresses' brand and marketing strategies; * Prepare and adhere congresses' budgets; * Oversee the different marketing campaigns; * Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities; * Plan and implement promotional campaigns; * Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results; * Create a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline, including videos); * Report on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns; * Perform other tasks related to the company's activity and its work, according to a specific assignment by the direct manager or the Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:*** Highly motivated, team player; * Time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask; * Communication and project management skills; * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; * Experience in managing clients, market research and analysis; * Experience in managing a team is an advantage **WHAT WE OFFER:*** Real opportunities for professional development in a leading international company * Friendly team culture that promotes initial and continual professional education and team collaboration * Hybrid model \& Flexible working hours * Extra remote working days / weeks * Flexible remuneration: food, transportation, daycare * Easy access by public transport (really close by a metro stop) * Regular team events * Refer a friend program In case you are interested in this position, please submit your **CV in English.** Only short\-listed candidates will be contacted.
