Culture of closeness, professional development, and mentoring programs **What We Do?** Bip’s Technology Consulting Unit is responsible for helping our clients define, plan, and execute their digital transformation strategies, identifying and supporting the implementation of technologies aligned with business strategy to maximize return on investment. Through our services, we help clients leverage technology as a business transformation enabler and assist them in solving their most critical information technology (IT) challenges. We support them in redesigning operational models, streamlining and automating processes and operations, planning, governing, and managing information systems, planning and accompanying cloud adoption journeys, managing technology vendors (HW and SW), etc. **What Are We Looking For?** **We seek professionals with experience in IT consulting in one or more of the following areas related to technology management and governance:** * IT function assessment * Definition of IT strategy and Systems Plans * Improvement of IT processes and organization * Performance Management (IT Investment Portfolio Management, Dashboards and Reporting, IT Cost Analytics, FinOps, ...) * Definition and implementation of IT Service Catalog * IT Vendor and Service Management * Implementation of methodologies to improve quality across the IT Development and Operations lifecycle (DevOps) * Management of technology transformation programs Experience with IT management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, ...) * **What Do We Require?** * **Minimum 5 years of consulting experience**, including both project execution and management, as well as business development and sales activities. * Ability to manage and directly engage with clients. * Capability and experience in team management * Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, etc.) or Business Administration and Management (ADE).
