Ensure continuous improvement, transparency, and alignment with business goals by facilitating Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a strong Agile culture across teams. **Project** We are looking for a highly skilled **Scrum Master Lead** to join our team in Barcelona. The role will focus on facilitating and scaling Agile practices across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and continuous delivery of value. This position is part of a strategic initiative related to large\-scale digital and data\-driven projects, offering the opportunity to work in a complex, dynamic environment with cross\-functional teams and key stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilitate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) * Act as a servant leader, supporting Product Owners and development teams by removing impediments and fostering collaboration * Promote Agile principles, values, and best practices across teams and the wider organization * Ensure transparency by communicating progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at different levels, including management * Track and report on Agile metrics such as team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery KPIs * Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset aligned with organizational goals * Support teams in Agile practices such as backlog management, user story refinement, and sprint planning * Coach and mentor teams to improve Agile maturity and performance * Support the scaling of Agile practices across multiple teams, aligning with frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or similar * Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks in Agile processes and drive mitigation actions * Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5\+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments * Proven experience facilitating multiple Agile teams * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent in English (work environment fully in English) Technical Expertise * Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies * Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.) * Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence * Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and DevOps practices * Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities Nice to Have * Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar) * Experience working in large enterprise or complex environments * Exposure to data, cloud, or digital transformation projects * Experience coaching teams through Agile transformations Soft skills * Strong facilitation and conflict\-resolution skills * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities * Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities * Proactive attitude towards continuous improvement * High level of ownership and accountability * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills **What to expect being on our team?** * Opportunity to work on high\-impact digital and data transformation initiatives * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Indefinite contract * Competitive salary * Flexible schedule * Hybrid model in Barcelona, with 2 days per week on\-site (flexible) …and a strong desire to continue learning! **If it's okay with you, sign up for the job and we'll meet!!
